Ilan Bracha, Co-Founder

Ilan Bracha, chairman of Keller Williams NYC, and president of Bracha New York, has long been considered one of Manhattan’s super real estate agents – completing well over $2 billion in transactions, and establishing an impressive global network of clients, with asset portfolios valued at well over $10 billion. In 2010, following a distinguished and award-winning career at Douglas Elliman Real Estate, Ilan established the Bracha Group where, as Elliman’s youngest managing director, he led an unparalleled team of agents. Simultaneously, Bracha co-founded B+B Capital – focusing on high-end residential and commercial properties at some of Manhattan’s premier addresses. Prior to joining Elliman in 2003, Ilan worked with Lewis Kaye at MLB Kay International Realty where, under Mr. Kaye’s mentorship, Ilan became the firm’s top producer.At Keller Williams NYC with Bracha New York, Ilan’s mission to create a company made up of well over 400 agents has now solidified its position as a premier New York City brokerage firm – handling well over $250 million in team transactions.

A recipient of numerous awards at Elliman, including the number-one spot for Top Individual Sales for five consecutive years, and second within the brokerage’s entire network, the Top Producing Sales Group, Most Sales Exclusives, and Most Projects to Close. Ilan has also appeared on a number of television networks, including CNBC, WPIX and NY1, and has been widely quoted in publications, including the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Real Deal, Gotham, Avenue, and New York Magazine.

Israeli-born, Ilan served as a Commander in the Israeli army, and, at the age of 21, with just two thousand dollars in his pocket, set out to see the world. Some two decades later, his colleagues credit his success to his entrepreneurial prowess and leadership skills.

Ilan lives with his wife and three children on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.


Haim Binstock, Co-Founder

Haim Binstock is a cofounder and managing partner of B+B Capital, where he oversees and is responsible for all construction and development, asset management, strategic planning, marketing, developing, and leveraging investors’ relations and overall portfolio management.

Haim has been an investor and developer for over 30 years, concentrating in construction and the development of commercial and residential real estate in New York and New Jersey.

During his career as partner and developer, Haim was involved in large-scale projects, aggregating over three million square feet, which were sold for over $427 million, and achieved an average leveraged IRR of 42%.

Haim supervised and managed projects from inception to completion and, as part of his activities as a developer, was responsible for all aspects of the development process. This included acquisitions, planning, land development, financing, pricing and bids, architectural design, marketing and hiring, and supervising professionals, such as contractors, architects and engineers.
In addition, Haim has provided advisory services to property developers, providing services such as site visits, cash flow modeling, and due diligence on potential real estate investments.

Haim’s construction and zoning expertise provides for the ability to predict the success of emerging neighborhoods and other real estate projects, as well as informing his skill in navigating complicated approval processes, and unlocking potential asset value.

Splitting his time between New York City, where his business platform is based and Savyon, Israel, where his family lives, allows Haim to develop and maintain his strong ties to the local and business real estate communities in Israel, which includes a considerable breadth of relationships with Israeli high net-worth individuals, institutional investors, developers, operators and professionals.
